Make it snappy
Words. How many do you need? I’ve been lucky to work on epic billboards that have ended up with very few and had briefs that asked for far too many. Yet, it’s all in a day’s work, where I happily play with words. Whatever the brief or whatever your copy needs, I can make it happen. From snappy headlines, different tones of voice, and copy that works that little bit harder to get people’s attention. Do get in touch, and let’s chat about your next exciting copy project.
Healthspan
Project Type
Direct Mail
Brief: Encourage different people to lead healthier lifestyles with supplements and vitamins that are right for them.
Solution: The Feel Good Experiment was created to help people improve their health and well-being. Happily, everyone loved the fluffy kitten on the front cover, along with the advice and products featured to enable anyone to be the best version of themselves. Four different pieces of DM were created for four different ‘archetypes’ with Steve featured here.

Nectar
Project Type
Food retail
Brief: Get more people to download the Nectar app and encourage existing customers to use it more often with healthy eating options to earn points.
This brief was a real blessing as I love supermarket shopping. Here, Nectar encouraged people to use up forgotten food that would otherwise go out-of-date, with timely offers on accompanying healthy ingredients, and the incentive of extra points. Boosting sales, helping people eat better, and with a bit of luck, saving the planet too.

Fiat Panda
Project Type
Automotive
Brief: Celebrate the Panda’s quirkiness to widen its appeal.
Solution: The Fiat Panda was to sponsor The Brighton Comedy Festival. Unfortunately, the deal fell through. But as luck would have it, the client was still happy to run the press ads with witty copy and fun illustrations.
